Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States - that’s the “lower 48” + Washington DC. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours during the week. Most customers will receive their packages within 2-4 days of ordering. In rare circumstances, depending on your location or our inventory availability, it could take up to 7-9 business days to receive your order.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping fee is $7.95 for one case-pack. Shipping is free for 2 or more case-packs.
Can I make edits to my order after it’s been placed?
Edits cannot be made after an order has been placed. Orders are processed immediately and are fulfilled offsite, leaving little time to accommodate order changes of any kind. Please make sure that your order information is correct at checkout.
Only part of my order has arrived, where is the rest?
If your order shipped out in multiple packages, it’s possible that they didn’t travel together. Check your shipment confirmation e-mail for multiple tracking numbers. If all tracking numbers show as delivered, but you don’t have all your products, please double check around the delivery area before reaching out - the driver may have stashed it somewhere or accidentally left it at a neighboring home.
Packages are also sometimes incorrectly marked as delivered and show up the next day. If it’s been 24-48 hours and your package is still missing, please let us know and we’ll be happy to refund or replace the missing product.
I received the wrong product, or my product was damaged in transit, what now?
These things happen, but we want to make it right! E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get it fixed ASAP.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of consumable products. We do not provide concessions for user error. Please make sure that your order information is correct at checkout.
If you bought Purity Organic or Sweet Leaf Tea at a store, please contact the store for their return policy.
What happened to my subscription order?
Our subscription program is currently suspended. Apologies for the inconvenience! If you were an active subscriber, you should have received an e-mail letting you know that your recurring order has been cancelled. We’re working on launching a new program before the end of the year, so stay tuned!
